All our jewelry is made from solid 14-karat gold. It maintains its color and quality, even with daily wear. Clean your jewelry only when needed, using a soft cloth or lukewarm water with mild soap. Avoid contact with perfume, creams, and cleaning products to preserve its shine.

At narrae, we work with natural gemstones. Each stone is unique in color and character. Gemstones are naturally more sensitive to scratches and impact. Additionally, some stones are more sensitive to water, perfume and chemical products. To preserve their quality, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising.

With the right care, your jewelry will stay at its best.

We offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Damage caused by drops, impact or improper use is not covered under warranty. Normal wear and tear from daily use is also excluded.
