All payments are processed through secure providers. We do not charge extra fees for using a specific payment method.
Once your order is placed, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email. Didn’t receive it (not even in your spam folder)? Please feel free to contact us.
In-stock jewelry ships within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted especially for you and take approximately 8 weeks to produce. The production time is always clearly stated on the product page.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Adjustments are not always possible, especially for custom pieces.
Made-to-order jewelry is crafted especially for you after your order is placed. Production takes around 8 weeks. You’ll receive updates per e-mail on the progress and shipping. Have questions? Feel free to contact us.
Both custom and pre-order jewelry is made-to-order: crafted just for you, as soon as you order.
- Custom: designed and personalized to your wishes, such as a special engraving, gemstone cut or finish. Because these are tailored exclusively to you, these pieces cannot be returned.
- Pre-order: existing designs that are temporarily out of stock or not yet released. In some cases, pre-orders can be customized; this will always be clearly indicated on the product page.
Please note: custom jewelry is excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
Yes! With every pendant over €175, you’ll receive a complimentary satin cord. Simply add your favorite color to your cart, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €100. For other countries, please view the full list of shipping options and rates here.
We currently ship within the EU. For orders outside Europe, please contact us at hello@narraejewelry.com to discuss available options and shipping costs.
You may return your jewelry within 14 days, provided it is unworn and in its original condition. Personalized or custom-made pieces are excluded from returns. Find all details about shipping & returns here.
Please contact us within 48 hours and, if possible, include a photo of the damage. We will gladly help find a suitable solution.
Yes. During checkout you can enter a separate shipping address.
Personalization
Yes, some designs can be personalized with an engraving or initial. Full custom design is also available upon request. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Because these pieces are crafted exclusively for you, personalized and custom jewelry cannot be returned.
The delivery time depends on the type of personalization.
- An engraving on an in-stock piece usually adds 2–5 business days.
- A fully custom design requires approximately 8 weeks of production time.

Yes. We offer a one-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Full details can be found on our care & warranty page.
Yes. Even after the warranty period, we’re here to help. Small repairs or refresh services (such as polishing or resetting a stone) are possible upon request. Please contact us for options and pricing.
Materials & Sustainability
Our jewelry is made of solid 14k recycled gold and natural gemstones, carefully selected for their beauty, quality and origin. All pieces are hallmarked and certified by Waarborg Holland, carrying both the official 585 stamp and our own responsibility mark.
14-karat gold contains 58.5% pure gold, alloyed with copper, silver and zinc for durability. This high-quality composition makes our jewelry suitable for daily wear and ensures it can be passed down for generations.
Recycled gold has the exact same quality as newly mined gold, but with a far lower impact on the planet.

Gifting & Packaging
Yes. During checkout you can mark your order as a gift and add a personal message. We’ll wrap it beautifully in sustainable gift packaging.
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. The invoice will not be included in the package.
Our jewelry comes in luxurious, eco-friendly packaging: a jewelry box with a soft faux-suede pouch. Designed to both store and present your piece beautifully.
Yes. All of our packaging is designed to be suitable for gifting. If you select the gift option at checkout, we’ll add a personal message and gift wrapping.

About narrae
We are a Dutch brand and design all pieces in-house. Production takes place in India, where our designs are handcrafted by skilled artisans. We collaborate with an RJC-certified family atelier with decades of expertise in fine gold jewelry and gemstone setting. Sustainability and craftsmanship are at the heart of this partnership.
Our name ‘narrae’ is inspired by the phrase own your narrative. It reflects our belief in following your own path and creating your unique story. This philosophy is at the core of our jewelry: meaningful pieces that inspire and empower.
