Our 14k gold jewelry is made from solid gold. It retains its color and quality and is suitable for everyday wear. Clean your jewelry only when necessary using a soft cloth or lukewarm water with mild soap. Avoid contact with perfume, creams and cleaning products to preserve its shine.

At narrae, we work with natural gemstones. Each stone is unique in color and character. Gemstones are naturally more sensitive to scratches and impact, and some stones are also sensitive to water, perfume and chemical products. To preserve their quality, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming and exercising.

Proper care depends on the material and gemstone. Always check the specific care instructions for your jewelry. A few simple guidelines will help keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Avoid contact with perfume, and chemical products
• Remove your jewelry during sports, sleep, and showering
• Store your jewelry separately to prevent scratches
• Clean gently with a soft cloth

We offer a one-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects under normal use. The warranty starts on the date of purchase. Damage caused by dropping, impact or improper use is not covered by the warranty. Normal wear from everyday use is also not covered.
