Shipping Time
We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces (custom or pre-order) require a production time of approximately 8 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: once your package has been handed over to the carrier, any delays are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
All orders are shipped with track & trace. Within the Netherlands, shipping is free on orders above €100. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of €4.95 applies. For international orders, see rates & shipping per country below.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions to returns:
- Personalized jewelry (such as engraved items)
- Custom-made jewelry (crafted specifically for you; noted on the product page)
- Jewelry that has been worn or damaged
How to Request a Return
Submit your return request via our contact form or email us at hello@narraejewelry.com, including your order number. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm by email within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5 business days after your return has been processed.

Would you like to order from outside Europe? Please contact us. For orders outside the EU, local import duties, VAT or customs charges may apply. These costs are always the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. narrae is not responsible for additional costs or customs delays.
